Lead generation for SMBs

More customers, thanks to advertising

Google Ads and Meta Ads, with a landing page built for the campaign. Set up and maintained by one senior specialist who works in your account personally — measurement that's right and a fixed price upfront.

No access to your accounts needed

  • Fixed price upfront, no hourly surprises
  • You keep your own accounts and data

The problem

Why advertising so often doesn't deliver what it promises

Four things I find in almost every account.

Your conversions aren't measured properly

A website change, a new cookie banner, an expired connection — and the measurement double-counts or stops entirely. Google and Meta then optimise on thin air for months without anyone noticing.

There's no strategy behind it

Everything is set to capture what is being searched for right now. Once that demand runs out, growth stops — because there is no stage that gets people used to you before they start searching.

Your landing page doesn't match your ad

Someone clicks an ad about one thing and lands on a homepage where they have to work it out themselves. No continuous story, no clear action — and so no enquiry, however good that ad was.

Your agency doesn't have your growth as its highest goal

Many media agencies earn on an hourly model. That makes looking busy profitable: another meeting, another deck, another block of hours. At Sluys it isn't about the hours but about the result — a fixed price upfront, and the growth of your leads as the only thing worth measuring.

The result

What you get

  • Measurement that's right — and checked every month instead of set up once
  • Ads worth clicking, made with your own imagery and AI
  • Your leads in one central place, with an alert the moment a new enquiry lands
  • One monthly report covering Google and Meta together, so the numbers can't contradict each other
  • A senior working in your account personally — no middle layer, no hand-offs
  • A fixed price upfront, no hourly surprises afterwards
  • You keep your accounts, campaigns and data — also if we ever stop

Packages

Three ways to win more customers

Every package includes both Google Ads and social advertising via Meta or LinkedIn. The difference is what you do with it: only capture what is being searched for now, also build demand with people who don't know you yet, or on top of that automate the follow-up on every enquiry. You pay a fixed amount per month, plus a one-off setup fee for the build.

Capture

Capture existing demand — Google Search plus remarketing.

€695

per month

Plus €1,500 one-off setup fee

The setup fee is paid once, for the build: audit, landing pages and measurement. After that only the monthly amount runs on.

People are already searching for your product or service. We make sure you are visible the moment potential customers search, and bring back visitors who weren't ready to get in touch yet.

What you get:

  • Audit

One-off, of your website, your measurement and your Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts.

  • Landing page

One landing page on your own domain, built to turn visitors into enquiries.

  • Campaigns

Google Ads plus remarketing via Meta or LinkedIn: you capture what is being searched for now and bring earlier visitors back.

  • Measurement

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager set up and verified, plus server-side tracking (Meta Conversions API and enhanced conversions) so your conversions still come through past ad blockers and cookie limits.

  • Leads

One central place for every enquiry, with notifications by email or phone.

  • Reporting

Every month, in plain language and without marketing jargon.

You can start from €400 media budget per month.

Not included: Media budget.

Cancellable monthly, with one month's notice.

Attract

Build new demand — prospecting via Meta or LinkedIn.

€995

per month

Plus €2,000 one-off setup fee

The setup fee is paid once, for the build: audit, landing pages and measurement. After that only the monthly amount runs on.

Is there still little search demand for your product or service? Then we make sure you become visible to the right audience, before they start looking actively.

Everything in Capture, plus:

  • Campaigns

Google Ads plus Meta or LinkedIn, now with prospecting to new audiences as well — on top of the remarketing you already had.

  • Landing pages

Up to three landing pages on your own domain, each aimed at its own audience or service.

  • Optimisation

New ad variants every month and ongoing A/B tests on ads and landing pages.

Also included:

  • Audit
  • Landing page
  • Measurement
  • Leads

Convert

Turn enquiries into customers — automated follow-up, one overview.

€1,295

per month

Plus €2,500 one-off setup fee

The setup fee is paid once, for the build: audit, landing pages and measurement. After that only the monthly amount runs on.

Generating leads is only the first step. We make sure enquiries are followed up faster, so the chance that a lead actually becomes a customer goes up.

Everything in Attract, plus:

  • Follow-up

Automated, by email, SMS or WhatsApp, so an enquiry never sits waiting.

  • Leads

One central overview of the status of every enquiry, from first contact to customer.

  • Campaigns

A second social advertising channel, if that returns more in your situation.

Also included:

  • Audit
  • Landing page
  • Measurement
  • Reporting
  • Landing pages
  • Optimisation

Not included: Media budget.

Cancellable monthly, with one month's notice.

How it works

How it runs

Five steps. You always know where we stand and what it costs — no surprises afterwards.

  1. 01 Weeks 1–2

    Audit

I scan your website, your Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts and your measurement: where budget leaks away, what is being counted wrong and where the unused search volume sits.

  2. 02 One document

    Action plan

You get one concrete plan: what's leaking, what that costs and what has to happen first — with a fixed price for the work. If you say no, it stops there.

  3. 03 30–45 minutes

    Advisory call

We walk through the plan live and you decide what to do with it: run it yourself, or have me pick it up. If you choose a package, we set everything up in that call.

  4. 04 Months 1–3

    Build

Measurement cleaned up, keyword research, landing pages and campaigns rebuilt — and live.

  5. 05 From month 4

    Optimise

Optimising and steering month after month, with one plain-language report every month.

Industries

Discover how advertising works in your industry

Every industry has its own rules, its own seasons and its own pitfalls. Below I work out per industry what exactly plays out differently — and what that means for your campaigns.

Lead generation for dental practices

More new patients, without your schedule grinding to a halt

Most practices don't lack interest — they lack control. You don't know which enquiry came from which ad, or whether a new patient is even worth anything to you.

Lead generation for restaurants

Full on Tuesday, not just on Saturday

Saturday takes care of itself. The problem is the weekday evenings, the last two weeks of January and that one function room that stays empty. That is exactly where advertising can actually steer.

Lead generation for installation companies

The right jobs, not just more jobs

Engineers are scarce and your schedule is booked solid weeks ahead. So advertising here shouldn't bring in more enquiries, but better ones: the heat pump in your own region instead of the breakdown three villages away.

Lead generation for accounting firms

Clients who stay for years, won at exactly the right moment

A business client is easily worth thousands of euros a year to a firm, for years on end. Yet most firms advertise as if it were a single one-off tax return — or don't advertise at all.

Lead generation for law firms

Win cases without paying for the wrong click

Legal keywords are among the most expensive in the Netherlands. A campaign that fails to exclude legal-aid seekers, other regions and the wrong practice areas burns more money here than anywhere else — without a single usable case.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Question not in the list? Send a WhatsApp — you'll usually have an answer within the hour.

Which businesses does this work best for?

Businesses that already advertise and feel there's more in it, or that are just too small for a big agency but too big to do it on the side. Usually between five and two hundred employees. From € 400 media budget a month, Capture is already worth it; if you also want to build demand, count on € 1,000 or more.

Are you an agency or independent?

I'm independent and I work in your accounts myself. That's exactly the point: you talk to the same person who builds and optimises the campaigns. On bigger projects I bring in specialists, but always with me as your fixed point of contact.

Why is there a one-off setup fee on top of the monthly amount?

Because starting is a different kind of work from keeping it going. At the start you build something: cleaning up measurement, doing research, making landing pages, rebuilding campaigns. That's a project with a start and an end, and you pay for it once. After that it's upkeep and improvement — search terms, bids, refreshing ads — and that runs on at the monthly amount. Both amounts are fixed upfront; there is never an hourly recalculation.

What happens in those first weeks?

Weeks one and two go into measurement and strategy: are the conversions right, is anything double-counted, where is the search volume. That produces one document that you approve. If you say no, it stops there. If you say yes, we rebuild everything in weeks three to eight and take it live — and the rest of the build goes into steering on the first real data.

Is the media budget included in your price?

No. You pay Google and Meta directly from your own accounts, and me for the work. That way you see exactly what goes where, and nobody has an incentive to keep your budget artificially high. Capture can start from € 400 media budget a month; Attract from € 1,000, because there you also reach audiences who aren't searching yet.

Why does my domain have to move to Cloudflare?

Because server-side tracking and your own landing pages only work if your domain's DNS is managed at Cloudflare. Cloudflare is one of the best-known parties for DNS management, and using it is free. You don't lose your domain in the process: it stays yours and stays where you bought it — you only point the nameservers over, so that DNS is managed at Cloudflare from then on. We do that in an account in your name, which you own and from which you can remove me in one click. If we ever stop working together, everything simply stays where it is.

Some parties do this 'fully automated' for € 300 per month. Why pay more?

Sometimes you genuinely should take that option. If you mainly want to test whether advertising does anything at all for you, an automated template funnel is often good enough. Once real budget and real enquiries are involved, the maths flips: in an average account, 20 to 30% of the budget quickly leaks away on wrong search terms, double measurement and bids on thin air. A template won't find that for you; that's exactly the handwork — and over time that leak costs you more than my fee.

Can I get advice only, without execution?

Yes. The audit + action plan (€ 450 one-off) is for exactly that: a thorough scan of your website and of your Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads accounts, plus your measurement. You get a concrete plan — where it leaks, what that costs and what should happen first. Then you decide who executes it. If you choose a package afterwards, the full € 450 is deducted from the package price.

How fast will I see results?

Fixing measurement errors often produces a very different picture within two weeks. Real structural improvement takes six to twelve weeks, because the bidding algorithms need time to learn from the new signals.

Can I stop whenever I want?

Yes. It runs per calendar month and is cancellable at the end of every month, with one month's notice. There's no fixed-term commitment — the results decide whether we continue. If you stop, the campaigns keep running as they are, but nobody maintains them anymore. You keep your accounts, campaigns and data.

About

I'm Jeffrey van Sluijs

I'm a digital advertising consultant with over ten years of experience managing multi-million-euro campaigns for national and international A-brands in tech, automotive and electronics — from e-commerce to B2B, tech to real estate. First from media agencies such as Publicis Groupe and Candid, now independently.

With Sluys I help marketing teams and agencies in their daily advertising work, while deploying AI workflows that take over the routine. That frees up time for the work that actually moves the numbers.

For you that means one thing above all: you talk to the same person who builds and steers the campaigns. No account manager relaying messages, no junior doing it on the side.
