Package 3 of 3

Convert

Turn enquiries into customers — automated follow-up, one overview.

An enquiry left sitting for two days is usually no longer an enquiry. Whoever answers first wins a large share of the conversations — and that is rarely whoever has the best ads.

Convert does everything Attract does and closes the gap at the end: every enquiry gets an automatic answer within minutes by email, SMS or WhatsApp, and you see in one overview where each lead stands — from first contact to customer.

See whether Convert fits you — 30 minutes, no obligation.

Who this works for

  • You get enough enquiries that you can no longer pick them all up personally the same day
  • You sell something people request several quotes for, so speed decides who gets the conversation
  • You don't know how many of your enquiries become customers, so you cannot see which campaign really works
  • Your team picks up enquiries with no fixed agreement about who does what, when

When this isn't for you

  • You already call every enquiry back within the hour. Then this package solves a problem you don't have.
  • You get a handful of enquiries a month. Automation only becomes valuable once the volume is too large to hold in your head.
  • Your search and social campaigns aren't in place yet. Follow-up is the last link, not the first — start at Capture or Attract.

FAQ

Questions about Convert

Question not in the list? Send a WhatsApp — you'll usually have an answer within the hour.

What exactly happens automatically?

Within minutes of an enquiry, someone gets a confirmation with a concrete next step — a proposed time, or the question you need answered to be able to quote. If they don't reply, a short series of reminders follows over a few days. You have the conversation yourself; what gets automated is the part where the time is lost, not the part where the sale is.

Isn't automated follow-up impersonal?

That depends entirely on what that first message says. A confirmation telling someone their enquiry arrived and when they'll hear back is not impersonal — it is precisely what they want to know. It becomes impersonal when you turn it into a sales pitch, and we don't. In practice people find two days of silence more impersonal than a message within five minutes.

Does this work if I already have a CRM?

Yes. If you already track enquiries somewhere, we connect to that rather than putting a second system beside it — two places holding the truth is not an overview, it is an extra job. If you have nothing yet, the overview in this package is usually enough and you don't need to buy anything else.

What does this add over Attract?

Two things. The first is that fewer enquiries get lost, and that is money directly: the same ad spend, more conversations. The second is less visible but matters more over time — once you track which enquiries become customers, you can steer campaigns on revenue instead of on counts. At which point the most expensive channel regularly turns out to be the best one.

Why is a second social channel included?

Because at this level you are usually at the ceiling of one channel. If Meta runs well and your audience can also be defined sharply on LinkedIn (or the other way round), a second channel is the next source of growth. It is an option, not an obligation: if going wider returns less than going deeper, we don't do it.

Just send a message with what's going on. You'll hear back from me personally within one working day — no sales team, no call centre.

  • No sales pitch — we look at your accounts
  • You'll walk away with a few concrete observations either way
  • You decide afterwards whether you want a proposal
